Having had so much attention, I was worried how Emmy would do when someone came along and took some of that attention. Being so young, I knew she wouldn't really understand what this baby thing was and what he was doing here. I just hoped we didn't have too many breakdowns, and I could still provide some Emmy and mommy time.
She has done exceptionally well. She wants to constantly touch Maddox and take his blankets and pacifiers, but only to help : ) We are trying to get her to understand "soft" and how to be careful around him. This is still a work in progress.
She loves to give him kisses. He gets many more kisses than mommy and daddy.
