It is amazing how time flies! It is hard to believe I have a 15 month old and am now only 15 weeks away from having another little one. It is such a fun time in my life, and I need to get better at documenting it in my blog!!
What's going on with Emmy at 15 months?
She is now walking everywhere! The only time she crawls is when she is in a big hurry, which is probably for food : )

She weighs 25 pounds (80%) and is tall (over 95%). She has really thinned out since she has been so active. We have been in 18 month clothes for a while now, which helps the
spending : ).
Food: Emmy still pretty much loves it ALL. The only two things she will not eat are green beans and baked potatoes, which seems strange since they are both pretty bland. She LOVES her apple juice, and will always drink milk and water. She eats a lot of grilled meat, fruit, and veggies. Brandon and I both feel strongly about instilling healthy eating habits.
Play: Emmy has gotten much better at playing on her own. She still wants us to watch her, but we are not needed as much. Her favorite toys are push toys. She loves to walk them around the house. She thinks she is such a BIG girl!! We recently got her a stroller for her babies and she thinks it is the coolest thing! She also loves books. She does not want to listen to the whole story, so she just quickly turns pages and changes out her book.
Talk: Emmy is constantly babbling, but we can only make out a few words. Consistent words are: momma, daddy, hi, and bye. We have also heard: pa (for papaw), down, bird, and all gone. I am working on getting her to talk instead of point, but that is easier said than done!
Sleep: Sleep is now MUCH better ( THANK YOU Baby Whisperer) !! Emmy goes to sleep (on her own) in between 7 and 7:30 and sleeps until around 6:30. She only wakes up around 3:30, and I usually just put her in bed with us. I love the cuddles from 3:30 until we get up, so this will be hard for me to work on. It is such a good feeling to have sleep going so well!
Favorites: When I lay her down to sleep with me, she immediately puts both of her arms around my neck and holds me tight. It is the sweetest thing.
She is always wanting to sit in our laps. She will sit and readjust herself constantly.
When in the mood, Emmy will go back and forth giving me and Brandon kisses. We just eat it up!
